Shipping policy

Soula & Co makes every effort to have all products on stock shelves. Please note that some products are shipped from our manufacturer's warehouse.

Standard Processing

Free shipping on all US domestic orders totaling $100.00 or more at checkout.

All orders from stocked shelves are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and shipping fees are determined according to your U.S. zip code. All other orders not on stocked shelves are shipped by our manufacturer via expedited carriers. All orders are inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

Orders must be placed by 12:00pm central time to be shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be shipped the next business day. Please allow at least 7-14 days to receive your shipment.

After your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation receipt. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please keep in mind that estimated shipping times above apply to the order once it is shipped, and not once the order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped during holidays, weekends.
