Returns for Store Credit

If you change your mind or if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of your item(s) for an electronic store credit gift card in the amount of your original purchase within 7 days of delivery.

Visit our customer return portal to initiate the return process. If 7 days have passed from the point of delivery, no request for a return shall be accepted. 

Wigs, hair bundles, bath and body products or facial products are not eligible for a store credit. This is to ensure sanitation safety.

Soula & Co. reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.

The product(s) MUST be returned in perfect condition, showing no signs of being washed, odor, torn or worn. All original packaging, branded boxes, or bags along with all original tags must still be attached.

Please allow up to 7-14 business days to receive, review, and process your return.

Once the return has been inspected and approved, an electronic store credit gift card will be issued. You will receive notification by email along with your electronic store credit gift card.

Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@soulaandco.com with your name, order number. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be made as your order has shipped. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after it has shipped.

Soula & Co is not responsible for the forces of nature due to any weather conditions or man-made conditions.


Policy and Terms

By placing an order with Soula & Co, you (the customer) are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fees, and/or surcharges. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you (the customer) at delivery.

Please understand Soula & Co is not responsible for lost, broken, stolen, missing, or misplaced packages due to the carrier. All orders are inspected before shipping to ensure there's no damage. If your products arrive damaged, please contact your local USPS postal carrier for information. Orders cannot be canceled after being shipped.

Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays or weekends. Thank you.
